A Civic Forum may represent solution to political crisis, PPM
The People’s Party of Moldova (PPM) calls on all the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary political parties, NGOs, the mass media and representatives of international organizations and civil society to jointly create a Civic Forum in order to work out a solution for overcoming the political crisis in Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“The Republic of Moldova is one step away from an economic crisis generated by the political, ethnic, social and even criminological instability. The political crisis fueled by leaders of political parties brought us on the brink of new elections that will absorb tens of million lei and will have other consequences as well,” says a statement issued by the party’s press office.
According to the People’s Party, the decisions of the Civic Forum must be mandatory for the legislative body and this will show the consensus among the political parties, the political class and the voters supporting them.
