The problems related to the management of the housing sector affect the quality of services provided by SA “Termoelectrica” and the relations between the supplier and end users. In a workshop with building managers staged by the heat and electricity supplier, the sides agreed to identify a solution to improve the cooperation relations with housing sector managers so as to ensure the efficiency of the internal block systems, IPN reports, quoting a press release of “Termoelectrica”.
It was also decided to simplify the cooperation and interaction relations and to carry out a thorough analysis to determine the state of the internal systems of buildings in Chisinau.
“Termoelectrica” director general Veaceslav Eni insisted on proving high-quality services to consumers so that these are not affected by the problems that accumulated inside the system in time. “We are convinced that we can overcome all the problems by common effort, by launching common projects so that the people benefit from high-quality services,” he stated.
