In the municipality of Chisinau 2,510 apartment buildings of the 2,711 have been connected to the heating system by Monday morning. This is about 93% of the housing stock, the head of the General Housing and Amenities Division Ion Burdiumov announced in the weekly meeting of heads of municipal services, IPN reports.
In Ciocana district, 360 out of the 365 apartment buildings have been supplied with heat, in Centru district – 374 out of 442, in Râșcani district – 655 out of 686, in Botanica district – 628 out of 675, while in Buiucani district – 493 out of 543 buildings.
Ion Burdiumov noted that all the other blocks will be connected to the heat network this week. In case of particular incidents or technical problems, the Division will intervene in accordance with its duties.
