At least 75,000 consumers were served by the Information and Payments Service of “Apa-Canal Chisinau” SA last year, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the supplier.

The specialists of the company’s Information and Payments Service provided accounting services for 11,600 consumers, information services for 24,500 consumers, while 39,000 persons paid in cash for services. There were received tens of thousands of applications.

The supplier said the customers can go to office 101 located at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau to get responses to any question about the water supply and sewerage service. They can obtain information about the technical conditions and can coordinate projects to build water supply and sewerage systems, can sign contracts for the provision of sewerage and drinking water supply services and pay bills for the provided services.

Almost 400,000 clients received information about the public water supply and sewerage service from the supplier’s Information and Payments Service during ten years of the launch of the service.
