Of the over 270,000 ballots that were distributed to the polling stations established abroad, only 67,000 were used. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said over 200,000 ballots remained unused in the first round of the presidential elections, IPN reports.
As regards the number of polling places set up abroad, the Ministry said this was raised from 95 to 100 compared with the presidential elections of 2014.
The Ministry calls on the citizens to maximally benefit from the created opportunities and exercise their right to vote.
