7,000 students to take Baccalaureate exams in Chisinau
As many as 7,000 Chisinau students will sit Baccalaureate exams in June. The first exam will be taken on June 5, the head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb has told Info-Prim Neo.
There will be used the same procedure as the previous years. The candidates will sit the exams at other education institutions, not where they studied. Video cameras will be set up only at two high schools – “N. Gogol” and “Mihai Viteazu”. Only these lyceums bought video cameras with the parents’ consent.
For the first time, the other-language speaking students will take the Romanian language test in oral form.
About 8,000 students will sit general secondary school graduation exams in June. This year, the rerun session will be held at one examination center only. Until now, the students who failed an exam took it again at the institution where they studied.
The exams will take place between June 5 and 22.
