A number of 68 snowplows cleaned snow from the streets of Chisinau last night. During 24 hours, employees of the municipal road maintenance company “Exdrupo” spread 560 square meters of antiskid material. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the company’s director Efim Cheptanari said that 24 snowplows will be involved in snow removal works on January 26. He also said that 16 snowplows broke down last night owing to their wear degree. The faults are not serious and the vehicles will be repaired during the day.
