Fifty public transport stations in Chisinau are being rehabilitate together with the platforms. The seriously damaged stations in all the districts of Chisinau will be repaired, mayor Ion Ceban announced.

Also, double pavilions are set up at the stations with a large flow of passengers, IPN reports.

A sum of 4 million lei was allocated from the municipal budget for executing the works. 1 million lei will go to maintain the stations.

During the last two years, the Chisinau City Hall, together with public and private partners, repaired 360 public transport stations in the capital city.
