A number of 46 applications have been filed to take part in the competition Moldova Eco Energetica 2016. The innovative projects to use and promote renewable energy and energy efficiency were submitted by private individuals, public institutions, private companies and representatives of civil society and the mass media between March 5 and August 5, IPN reports.

In a press release, the Agency for Energy Efficiency says the winners of the company will be made known and awarded at the Gala of Moldova Eco Energetica on December 2.

This year Moldova Eco Energetica is at its sixth edition, being the largest contest to award successful initiatives in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
