The administration of SA Termocom has announced that 44 apartment buildings in Chisinau risk being disconnected from the centralized heating system because the housing stock managers do not fulfill their contractual obligations, IPN reports.

In a communiqué, the heat supplier says that 13 managers who administer 44 buildings refuse to confirm by signature the volumes of heat recorded in branch pipes and to sign the fiscal invoices and payment orders for the consumed heat. Thus, SA Termocom has the right to terminate the contract for the supply of heat with the managers of the 44 apartment buildings.

In order to avoid being discounted from the centralized heating system, SA Termocom invites the given managers to cooperate. Otherwise, the connection of the 44 apartment buildings to the heat supply will be impossible.
