A 4-year-old Chisinau girl was kidnapped on Monday by a man earlier convicted of child sex abuse, but was shortly found unharmed, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the Ministry of the Interior. It is believed that the girl was lured with candies by the 48-year-old man as she was playing in the yard of her apartment house in Chisinau's Botanica district.
