The Financial Market National Commission (FMNC) registered additional issuances of four joint stock companies in the Securities State Registry, Info-Prim Neo reports. SA “Banca de Finante si Comert” issued more stocks in amount of 2,000,000 lei, for its development. The equity will thus be 131,544,200 lei, divided into 1,315,442 class 1 nominative ordinary stocks with the nominative value of 100 lei. The insurance company “Galas” SA issued additional stock worth 1,999,665 lei to raise its equity to the legal requirements. The equity will thus be 6,006,025 lei, divided into 32,465 class 1 stocks worth 185 lei a piece. “Galas” SA has also been allowed to register its amended statute. The equity of SA “Oxana-M” rose with 10,000 lei, and will now be 20,000 lei, divided into 20,000 class 1 stocks with a nominative value of 1 leu. SA “Raut” issued additional stocks worth 3,680 lei, and thus its equity will be 20,000 lei, divided into 2,000 class 1 stocks with the nominative value of 10 lei. The insurance company “Edict” SRL is permitted to raise its equity from 5,700,000 lei to 6,250,000 lei from the undistributed profit gained in 2008.
