35,000 people will be able to vote in referendum with voting certificates
As many as 35,000 voting certificates have been issued for the September 5 constitutional referendum, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Central Election Commission.
The voters could apply for voting certificates at the electoral office located in the area where they live by September 4. The holders of voting certificates can vote today at any of the polling places established in the country and abroad.
Most of the voting certificates were issued to residents of Corjova village of Dubasari district – about 1,000. The main list of voters there includes 1,300 persons.
At 12.00, the turnout of voters was over 10%. 27% of the voters cast their ballots in the April 5 elections by midday.
