A number of 34 students of the over 27,000 who took the Baccalaureate exam in the foreign language on June 10 were removed from the examination hall because they tried to copy by different methods, director of the Quality Assurance Agency Anatol Topala said in a press briefing, quoted by IPN.
He informed that an incident happened at the baccalaureate center set up at the Chisinau Lyceum “Natalia Gheorghiu”, where 12 students received papers in English for the exam in French. It was the students’ fault as they didn’t correctly indicate the foreign language that they studied in the exam subject documents. Thus, these students will have to take the exam in the additional Baccalaureate session this year.
Anatol Topala said that a part of the answers to this exam paper appeared again on the Internet during the exam. He assured that the published answers will be transmitted to the assessment commissions so that they see if the students who took the exam wrote similar answers. The papers that will contain similar answers will be annulled.
