Revenues of 2.9 million lei were collected into the national public budget in the course of last month. According to the State Tax Service, this is by 8.9% or 235.7 million lei more than in the corresponding period last year, IPN reports.

A sum of 1.3 billion lei was collected into the state budget, which is one of the four components of the national public budget. The sum is by 11.4% or 133.6 million lei higher than last January.

The revenues into the local budgets came to 292.7 million lei, which is by 1.1% or 0.03 million lei less compared with last January.

A sum of 945.7 million lei was collected last month into the state social insurance budget, an increase of 2.7% or 24.9 million lei.

The revenues gathered into the mandatory health insurance funds totaled 343.1 million lei, up 30.1% or 79.5 million lei on January 2018.
