Another 281 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Moldova today, June 14, after doing 984 tests. Eight more persons succumbed to the disease, IPN reports, with reference to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.

The victims are five men and three women aged between 45 and 71. The total number of deaths now rose to 406.

Of the infections confirmed today, 15 are in healthcare workers. As many as 202 persons got cured and have been discharged from the hospital today.

In total, 11,740 persons got the virus in Moldova so far.  Of these, 6,623 have recovered.
