The governmental commission for European integration assessed the way in which the schedule for removing the shortcomings and achieving the objectives included in the roadmap for implementing the Moldova-EU Association Agreement is carried out. Thus, of the measures planned for March, 21 were implemented, while the time limit for 18 measures expired, IPN reports.
According to the Government’s press service, Prime Minister Pavel Filip presented the recommendations and conclusions of the recent visit paid by the executive’s delegation to Brussels to the governmental commission for European integration. He requested the institutions in charge to make effort to carry out the overdue measures in the shortest period of time, saying the delays will be penalized.
In the meeting, the representatives of a number of institutions, including the Ministry of Regional Development and Constructions, the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Interethnic Relations Bureau and the Broadcasting Coordination Council, rendered reports on the implementation of the measures set for March.
