But, everything comes out in periods of social disturbance. 2009 was the year of truth for Moldova, when the reflexes went first. The reflex of the police, which was not accidental, was the most dramatic one. We saw that evil exists in the society. But we also saw positive aspects. Possibilities were identified to form an alliance in very tough conditions and this means that the society still has a chance. But this test is very difficult for this association of parties as it is like a knife with two blades. Moldova indeed has lived in a state of collapse until present. It was slightly resuscitated, but it continues to have perfusion inside. It is evident and we must understand that this perfusion was given by the IMF. Of course, Moldova was affected by the world economic crisis, but this crisis catalyzed the latent internal processes. A country with an organized system deals with such external shocks easier, but Moldova had many weaknesses that came out. [ - What are your expectations for 2010?] - I hope 2010 will be a year of wise decisions. Now we have more medieval battles, when the knights have only one goal – to push the adversity down of the horse. We are in a civilized century, when the confrontations must result in welfare. This is democracy. Those who have been in power for a long time realized that they can now govern only by cohesion. Now they do nothing but irritate. They set the goal of annoying the present administration so that it commits mistakes. If things go on like this, we will get to the same point from where we left in 2009. We will obtain wisdom and development when we find a balance, a point of convergence for survival. As to the early legislative elections, the constitutionalists and legislators must be very persuasive when they will plead for the revision of the Constitution or the postponement of the early elections. They should remember the example of 2009, when the population, especially the young people, did not tolerate manipulation. If the new government resorts to manipulation, it will commit the same mistakes as the Communists and could lose the voters. This is the saddest thing that can happen.
