Revamping the Chisinau-Hancesti road will take two years. The works started in mid February, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the press service of the Constructions and Teritorial Development Ministry. The repair works are carried out by the Finnish company Lemminkainen Infra Oy, on the basis of a contract signed with the state company “Administratia de Stat a Drumurilor”. The total length of the road to be repaired is 22.1 km, as an additional lane will be added on a distance of 9 km. A part of a loan offered by the European Investment bank will also be used to repair 8 km of this road. The cost of the stage-1 works is 13,468,748.16 euros, offered by the European Investment Bank.
