Seventeen trucks with humanitarian aid were escorted towards Ukraine. The lot provided by the Government of the Republic of Moldova is to be delivered to Odessa and from there will be distributed to Mykolaiv region, IPN reports.
In the ceremony held in Palanca, Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, being accompanied by Minister of Internal Affairs Ana Revenco, said that the war in Ukraine continues regrettably. “We firmly condemn the annexation by Russia of Ukrainian territories and further show our solidarity with our stricken neighbors,” stated Nicu Popescu.
