A 13-year-old girl was beaten and gang-raped by four men. Dr. Silvia Babara of the Chisinau Emergency Service has told Info-Prim Neo that the mother was the one who found the girl beaten near a commercial facility on Uzinelor Street. The girl told her mother that she was assaulted and raped by four men, apparently laborers. The girl had her body covered with bruises, being diagnosed with contusion of the internal organs and rape traumas. The police are investigating to find the offenders. Two sisters, ages 1 and four months and 2 and a half, were admitted to the Mother & Child Center after taking a bunch of kidney pills, which they had found in the home. A 20-year-old male was found in alcoholic coma in the staircase of an apartment building on Petru Zadnipru Street. On Monday, the Chisinau Emergency Service responded to 830 calls, including 76 cases of trauma, 94 cases of acute viroses, 11 cases of acute coronary syndrome and 5 brain strokes.
