Thirteen Moldova citizens were involved in a traffic accident that occurred near Cretesti village of Vaslui County, on the National Road 24, in the evening of February 14. A person suffered traumas and needed medical care, but wasn’t hospitalized, IPN reports.

According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, which made reference to the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations “Podul Inalt” of Vaslui County, a Mercedes Vito minibus registered in the Republic of Moldova skidded off the road and overturned.

With reference to the police, the Romanian press reported that the accident happened because the driver didn’t adjust the speed to the conditions on the roadway, where there is snow and ice. The circumstances of the road accident are yet to be found out. An investigation is underway.
