The State Chancellery, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the local authorities will receive 12 million lei for managing the refugee crisis. The funds were accumulated by March 4 in the account for donations opened by the Ministry of Finance. The decision was taken in the meeting of the Commission for Exceptional Stations, IPN reports.
The Commission decided to use Moldova’s airspace for flights to transport foreigners to countries that confirmed the readiness to accept refugees. Each flight will be authorized only with the preliminary permission of the Civil Aviation Authority.
In order to satisfy the internal needs of energy resources, the Commission decided that oil products into Moldova during the state of emergency could be introduced into the country through two more additional border crossing points, “Giurgiulești-Galați” and “Sculeni-Sculeni”, without taking samples for examination if the required certificates are in place.
“Vestmoldtransgaz” SRL is exempted from paying VAT on the natural gas volumes possessed by “Moldovagaz”, which were taken out of the country during the state of emergency and were later reintroduced into the country, in the amount of 14 949 142 m3, for storing additional volumes in the natural gas networks of Romania so that Moldova could later use these to ensure the sustainability of the natural gas transportation system in critical situations.
Given the special measures in justice that can be taken during the state of emergency, the Commission decided to enable the lawyers and lawyers on probation to put off the payment of monthly social insurance and mandatory health insurance. This can be done by filing an application to the State Tax Service.
The Commission confirmed the decisions related to the state of emergency taken in the energy sector so as to ensure subsidies are paid for the more expensive energy resources.
