Two weeks ago, a man from the Transnistrian region drowned in the Dubăsari accumulation lake when he went fishing together with his son at night. They were fishing in an opening about eight meters from the bank. In the morning, the ice broke and the 60-year-old man fell under it. His son could not save him as they didn’t have rescue jackets or a rope.
