Agenția de presă IPN anunță că a aprobat inițiativa echipei de creație a proiectului SIC! de a se separa de echipa Agenției, după ce ultimii câțiva ani a fost o subdiviziune a acesteia. Astfel, materialele publicate pe platforma sic.md de la începutul lunii curente nu mai fac parte din produsele media cu semnătura IPN. În același context, Agenția IPN informează despre trecerea domenului sic.md în altă subordine, cu înregistrarea modificărilor respective în registrul Întreprinderii de Stat Molddata, de asemenea de la începutul lunii februarie 2019.
Agenția de presă IPN precizează că a acceptat cu înțelegere decizia echipei de creație a proiectului de a se separa, dictată de nevoia unei mai mari libertăți de exprimare în condițiile când, anterior, Agenția IPN a fost supusă unor presiuni repetate din partea unor reprezentanți ai cercurilor apropiate conducerii partidului de guvernământ anume din cauza acestui proiect, dar și presiuni asupra altor proiecte realizate de IPN cu sprijinul partenerilor de dezvoltare ai Republicii Moldova.
Conform disclaimerului care însoțește platforma sic.md, SIC! este „un proiect creat cu suportul Fundației Soros-Moldova și Black Sea Trust. Scopul proiectului sic! e să identificăm în declarațiile politice de impact minciunile, inexactitățile și manipulările, să informăm într-un mod simplu și accesibil cetățenii despre acestea. În mod ideal, efortul nostru va învăța cetățenii să aleagă surse credibile de știri, iar formatorii de opinie să se abțină de la manipulări. Opiniile exprimate pe această platformă nu reprezintă neapărat viziunile Fundației Soros-Moldova, Black Sea Trust, German Marshall Fund sau ale partenerilor lor”.

Информационное агентство IPN сообщает, что одобрило инициативу творческой группы SIC! об отделении от коллектива Агентства, после того как на протяжении нескольких лет являлась его подразделением. Таким образом, с начала текущего месяца материалы, опубликованные на платформе sic.md, не являются более медийной продукцией за подписью IPN. В связи с этим Информационное агентство IPN информирует о переходе, также с начала февраля 2019 года, домена sic.md в другое подчинение при регистрации соответствующих изменений в регистр Государственного предприятия Molddata.
Информационное агентство IPN подчеркивает, что восприняло с пониманием решение творческой группы проекта об отделении, продиктованное необходимостью большей свободы выражения в условиях, когда ранее Информационное агентство IPN было подвергнуто неоднократному давлению со стороны представителей кругов, близких к руководству правящей партии, именно из-за данного проекта, а также давлению на другие проекты, реализуемые IPN при поддержке партнеров по развитию Республики Молдова.
В соответствии с disclaimer-ом, сопровождающим платформу sic.md, SIC! является „проектом, созданным при поддержке Фонда Soros-Moldova и Black Sea Trust. Целью проекта sic! является выявление в резонансных политических заявлениях ложь, неточности и манипуляции, проинформировать простым и доступным способом об этом граждан. В идеальной перспективе, наши усилия преследуют цель научить граждан выбирать надежные новостные источники, а актеров, формирующих общественное мнение, воздерживаться от манипуляций. Высказанные на данной платформе мнения необязательно представляют взгляды Фонда Soros-Moldova, Black Sea Trust, German Marshall Fund или их партнеров”.

SIC! project without IPN
IPN News Agency announces that it approved the initiative of the creation team of the SIC! project to separate itself from the Agency’s team after being a subdivision of IPN over the past few years. This way, the articles published on the platform sic.md as from the start of this month do not form part of the media products signed IPN. In the same connection, IPN Agency informs that the sic.md domain is transferred under another subordination, with the registration of the respective changes in the Register of the State-Run Enterprise Molddata, also from the start of February 2019.
IPN News Agency specifies that it accepted with understanding the separation decision taken by the project’s creation team given the need for greater freedom of expression after IPN was earlier subject to repeated pressure by representatives of circles close to the administration of the ruling party owing to this project and witnessed pressure exerted on other projects implemented by it with support from the development partners of the Republic of Moldova.
According to the disclaimer that accompanies the platform sic.md, SIC! is a project created with the assistance of Soros Foundation Moldova and the Black Sea Trust. The goal of the sic! project is to identify lies, inaccuracies and manipulation in the political statements with an impact and to inform the people about them in a simple and accessible way. Ideally, the project’s effort will encourage the people to choose credible sources of news, and opinion shapers to refrain from manipulation.
