Forecasters said daytime temperatures until February 4 are projected to vary between +5 and +8°C in northern Moldova and between +7 and +10°C in southern Moldova. At night the temperatures will oscillate between –2 and +1°C in the northern districts and between 0 and +3°C in the southern districts.
Asked by IPN to provide details, forecaster on duty at the State Hydrometeorological Service Natalia Ungureanu said a mass of cold air is crossing Moldova.
The forecast temperatures are higher than the climatological norm that is of - 3°C for this period.
