The Party of Socialists’ candidate for the mayoralty of Chisinau Zinaida Grecheanyi voted for a more prosperous and attractive capital city. For the Chisinau Municipal Council, she chose a professional team, the candidate told the journalists after exercising her right to vote.
Zinaida Grechenyi also said that the people want the municipality of Chisinau to be managed by professionals. The voters know better what their settlement needs and can thus make a correct choice.
Seventeen candidates are running for the post of mayor of Chisinau in today’s elections. As many as 626,000 people are expected to mark their ballots in the municipality today. June 14.
