Weather forecasters issued a yellow code warning for ground frost for October 8, 9 and 10. According to the State Hydrometeorology Service, an arctic air mass will bring ground frost with 0..-5°C. In parts, there will be frost in the air with 0..-2°C, IPN reports.
Daytime temperatures today, October 6, rose to 24°C. Starting with October 7, these will drop to a maximum of 18°C in southern Moldova. In the northern and central regions of the country, the highest temperature will be lower. On October 8-10, the temperatures will oscillate between +1 - +6°C at night and +8 - + 14°C during the day.
Rain is forecast since October 10.
