Moldova’s Vasile Diacon has made it to the final of the Junior World Wrestling Championships, taking place in Tallinn.
On his way to the podium, Diacon already won four victories in the 70 kg category, against Aliaksandr Kuryshta (Belarus), Alinur Takirov (Kyrgyzstan), Ashraf Ashirov (Azerbaijan) and Mohmmadsadegh Biglar Firouzpourbandpei (Iran).
In the battle for the title, the defending Junior European Champion will face Ukraine’s Erik Arushanian.
