The Chisinau City Hall informed about the initiation of the process of drafting a decision on the approval and implementation of local taxes for next year, IPN reports.
In this connection, a roundtable meeting was held on Thursday with the participation of members of the Economic, Financial and Socially Responsible Business Advisory Council, representatives of the Association of Investors of Romania in the Republic of Moldova and of “My Community” Program.
According to deputy mayor of Chisinau Olga Ursu, the meeting discussed proposals and suggestions for adjusting the municipal fiscal policy for 2025, taking into account the needs of the municipality, tax equity and local development objectives.
The local taxes for 2024 were approved by the Chisinau Municipal Council only this July.
