Political commentator Roman Mihăeș is of the opinion that the ACUM bloc, most likely, will disintegrate at the beginning of next year. Also, the political commentator Victor Ciobanu, thinks that the members of the ACUM bloc have assumed responsibility for their departure from government and will jointly exploit unfavorable issues for the PSRM, until the next presidential elections. The opinions were expressed during the NTV Moldova show "Glavnîi vopros".

According to Roman Mihăeș, the dismantling of the ACUM bloc already takes place throughout the country, given that PAS and PPDA councilors vote separately for district chairpersons.

"Most likely, the bloc will fall apart. The Action and Solidarity Party and the Platform Party of Dignity and Truth will follow their own paths. Moreover, a fundamental reformation of the right wing is necessary. Following the creation of the coalition between the ACUM bloc and the PSRM, the leaders of the two parties within the bloc exhausted their forces", said Roman Mihăeș.

Political commentator Victor Ciobanu has said that opinions regarding the disintegration of the ACUM bloc are exaggerated, even if only one leader, Maia Sandu, came into prominence. According to him, the members of the ACUM bloc have made the decision to leave the government and, until the presidential elections which will be held next year, they will exploit the issue of the independence of judiciary, which the Socialists opposed.

The journalist Valerii Demidețkii is of the opinion that currently, no political party wants to hold snap parliamentary elections, which wouldn't favour any political entity. According to the journalist, Maia Sandu chose a suitable time to withdraw as head of government and, at the same time, to remain the main leader of the opposition after the defeat of Andrei Năstase at Chișinău City Hall local elections. Additionally, Valerii Demidețkii said that President Igor Dodon did not plan such developments on the political arena. "Igor Dodon bet all of his chips on a single hand, having no other solution. Now his political success depends on the Chicu government. If this executive produces results, then Igor Dodon will be victorious until the presidential elections", said Valeri Demidețkii.
