“We are open to a discussion concerning those MiG-29s transferring to Ukraine, but certainly this will require, I would say, a broader discussion about taking into account financial aspects and all other aspects of delivery, so no decision has been made yet,” he stated.
The minister made such comments during a joint news conference with British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace.

Ports ready to start loading wheat
Ukraine is preparing to start grain exports via the Black Sea ports this week under the grain deal signed last week in Turkey. Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov said the movement of ships from the Black Sea ports is due to start by the end of the current week.

Kazakhstan close to rethinking policies
