In Japan's capital, Tokyo, the voting process has concluded, with 69 voters having exercised their right to vote. Similarly, the voting process has ended in China, where 73 people voted by 4:00 PM. The Central Electoral Commission indicates that the other polling stations abroad are fully operational. Four stations—one in Canada and three in the United States—began operating at 5:00 PM Moldova time, according to IPN.

Currently, there is a significant presence of citizens waiting to vote at some polling stations in France, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Belgium, and the Russian Federation.

For the presidential elections and the national constitutional referendum, 231 polling stations have been organized in 37 countries, with three of them designated for voting by mail.

Polling stations abroad are open until 9:00 PM local time in each country.
