Voters can apply for right to vote certificate for runoff election

The persons who will not be in the locality where they have their domicile or valid residence on the day of the runoff presidential election, November 3, can request a right to vote certificate from the electoral bureau of the polling station. It will allow them to vote in any other polling station on the territory of the country, on the supplementary electoral list, IPN reports.

According to the Central Election Commission, the right to vote certificate issued by the electoral bureau of the polling station where the voter is assigned according to the domicile or residence valid until November 2 inclusive.

The certificate is issued upon the presentation of the identity card attesting the voter's domicile or residence within the radius of the respective polling station. The certificates issued for the October 20 election are not valid for the runoff presidential election.

For the October 20 election, the electoral bureaus of polling stations issued about 36,700 right to vote certificates.
