The chairman of the Communist Party (PCRM) Vladimir Voronin advised the Government of Moldova to remain in Iasi forever if it supports the Romanian policy so ardently. Related statements were made in the protests staged by the PCRM on March 3, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vladimir Voronin said that protests are mounted all over the county and only several districts remained for finishing the creation of the bodies of the Civic Congress of Moldovan People. According to the police, about 4 500 people took part in the protests held in the Great National Assembly Square in Chisinau. On the other side of the square, about 50 sympathizers of the Alliance for European Integration protested against the events staged by the Communists. The PCRM has protested against the government since the beginning of February.
