The president of the Liberal Democratic Party Vlad Filat was named Prime Minister of Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Head of Parliament and Acting President of Moldova Marian Lupu said the decree to appoint Vlad Filat as Premier will be signed on Friday, December 31.
