The Extraordinary General Assembly of shareholders of Victoriabank elected a new Administration Board by a cumulative vote on October 23. The assembly was attended by shareholders and their representatives who own 92.33% of the voting shares, IPN reports.
According to a press release of the bank, the attending shareholders unanimously voted for ending the tenure of the current Administration Board before time.
The new Administration Board consists of Igor Spoiala, Victor Turcan, Maria Vanchikova, Stepan Juravliov, Alisa Aladinskaia, Ionut Octavian Patrahau, and Gavin N. Ryan. It will start work after the composition is approved by the National Bank of Moldova.
