On 21 Jine 1992, Russia’s president, Boris Eltin menaces with military interventions if the fights on Dniestre do not stop. In 2002, the chairman of Russian government then, Ghenadi Selezniov recognise that Russia provoked the “conflict”, "to impede Besarabia unification with Romania". According to experts, military support given by Russia to separatist regime of Tiraspol is showed in official documents. Since 1992 till 1996, of the military unit of the separatist region 150 fight units were transferred to separatist army, as well as over 3.000 tons of military patrimony. Ex-prisoner of separatist authorities, Ilie Ilascu, said the war of 1992 was not a conflict between the both banks of Dniestre, but it was Russia’s aggression. Separatists’ group and Russia are guilty of starting the war, Ilascu noted. The war lasted about 6 months, since March till October, when Russian, Ukraine, Romania and RM created “quadripartite mechanism” , to solve the conflict, from which Romania was excluded later. Peace troops created of Russian, Ukrainian and Moldovan solders, were installed along the river to impede the belligerent parts to fight. For 14 years already, since the armed confrontations ceased there are negotiations and put efforts at international level, but the conflict is still unsolved, and human and material losses are not estimated till today. General Anton Gamurari, participated in fights, said that for 14 years Moldova’s territory was not united, and a part of nation’s men are far from country’s borders to earn their lives. Many of them who fight and risked their lives for the country, were driven away by ministries as enemies of the state. Men of Cocieri, Corjova, Molovata, Lunga, Cosnita and Parata, Varnita fight together with Moldovan policemen, having the right to the same gratefulness. In the war for independence and integrity of Moldova on behalf of constitutional forces there participated 28,000 combatants, the majority of them is policemen.
