Vasile Ursu requires work cards for every employee of the Municipality

Interim mayor Vasile Ursu requires from the City Hall staff services to draft under deadline conditions work cards regulations for every employee of the Capital’s mayoralty and of the public municipal services, in which the duties and tasks of the latter ones would be included. The official noted that his requirement is justified by the current modifications made by the Government of the decision on „Structure and staff of mayoralties of villages (counties), towns (municipalities)”. Depending on the notes of the cards, municipal employees will be kept or dismissed. The mayor required detailed analysis of tasks that an employee has to do in order to have an efficient staff, which will have to deal only with public matters, and not with „their own business” or other private activities. He also justified the cards by the necessity of monitoring number of required employees. The mayor said that it would not be admitted the formal execution of this „order of the Government”, otherwise „the responsible persons will work for the dismissed ones”. The mentioned Government decision stipulates certain staff dismissal within the Mayoralty and subdivisions of Chisinau Municipal Council.
