The team of the State University of Physical Education and Sports is close to winning the national women’s basketball championship. USEFS took the lead in the duel against the team of the Technical University, IPN reports.
In the third match of the finals, USEFS scored an 85-61 victory. “We wanted to show that we can win, especially after the defeat suffered the previous match,” USEFS player Margarita Skitsko told a news conference.
USEFS leads in the final series with 2-1. It plays the next match on June 5. The first team that will score three victories will become Moldova’s champion.
