Unaffiliated MPs Alexandr Nesterovschi and Irina Lozovan, who left the Party of Socialists at the end of March, joined the Party “Renaissance-Vozrojdenie” led by Sergey Mișin, IPN reports.
“After analyzing Mister Mișin’s invitation to join the Party “Renaissance”, we decided to joint it. Moreover, we invite all the healthy opposition forces that are ready to defend the interests of the Republic of Moldova and to fight for the prosperity of our country to also joint this party,” stated Irina Lozovan.
Alexandr Nesterovschi noted that the Party “Renaissance-Vozrojdenie” is a platform that aims to build a thriving country in which the citizens have equal chances to develop. “We see potential in our progressive program aimed at economic growth and the citizens’ wellbeing, strategic partnership with the neighbors and the historical partners that will help our country to overcome the faced challenges and to realize the potential,” stated the MP.
Gaik Vartanean was the first MP who left the parliamentary group of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists In the middle of last December. He joined the party launched by Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban – the National Alternative Movement.
Alexandr Nesterovschi and Irina Lozovan announced their decision to leave the BCS parliamentary group in March. They joined the Movement for People that consists of a number of parties, including the Șor Party.
