Two males aged 18 and 32 died after the motorcycle by which they were travelling ran into a utility pole. It happened in Cuhurești de Jos village of Florești district.
Contacted by IPN for details, press officer of the Florești Police Inspectorate Ina Banari said the motorcycle was driven by the 18-year-old boy, while the older man was a passenger.
The teenager didn’t have a driver’s license. He lost control of the motorcycle at a dangerous turn and crashed this into a utility pole.
Both the motorcycle driver and the passenger died on the spot.
An investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of the road accident.
