The Cabinet on November 30 approved the appointment of Ion Chicu as secretary general of state at the Ministry of Finance and of Simion Carp as secretary general of state at the Ministry of the Interior, IPN reports.
Ion Chicu worked at the Ministry of Finance, including within the project “Management of Public Finances”. He has a rich academic and managerial experience.
Simion Carp had worked at the Ministry of the Interior since 1986. From 2007, he had served as director of the Police Academy “Stefan cel Mare”.
Also today, the Cabinet named Eduard Serbenco as secretary of state at the Ministry of Justice. Until recently, Serbenco served as deputy minister of justice.
