An extreme track race called Glodiator Mud Race will be held in Moldova for the first time. The event will take place on the race track on Schinoasa St in Chisinau on August 5. This is considered one of the most dangerous and difficult competitions in the world. The participants will have to cover a distance of 5 km through hurdles with mud, ditches and barbed wire, IPN reports.

According to the organizers, the Glodiator Mud Race is open to Moldovans and foreigners. The participants could compete individually or in a team formed of four persons. The participation fee is 500 lei per person and 1,800 lei per team. It is estimated that about 300 persons will take part: 200 in the individual race and 25 teams of four persons.

Those who want to take part in the race can register beforehand on the website gladiator.md. On the day of the event, participants will be registered only for the available places. The race starts at 10am.

Spectators will have free access.
