The matches of the second stage of the Football Federation Cup have been played. Three teams managed to score victories in the second round as well: Sfîntul Gheorghe, Speranța, and Petrocub, IPN reports.
Sfîntul Gheorghe defeated 2-1 Sheriff that delegated its second team given that the first team is in a training session in Turkey. Belarussin player Volkov scored for Sfîntul Gheorghe in the second consecutive match.
Dacia-Buiucani was the surprise of the second round. The team trained by Andrei Martin beat Dinamo-Auto 4-0. The other matches ended as follows: FC Florești - Petrocub 0-4, Zimbru - Milsami 5-0 and Codru - Speranța 1-2.
