As previously, the police ruled the bomb threats made this morning to be a hoax. This time, military draft centers were also targeted, in addition to the usual Chisinau Airport, Parliament and malls.
General Police Inspectorate spokesperson Diana Fetco told IPN the threats were made by email, as usual, and, as usual, thorough checks followed.
The perpetrators, if caught, will face fines ranging from 27,500 to 42,500, up to 240 hours of community service or up to two years in prison.
