The Parliament's email server has been compromised following an attack two days ago, as reported by the Parliament's Communication and Public Relations Department, cited by IPN.

The legislature warns that, in light of the cyberattack, "it will categorize any information that may appear in the public space as potentially false." The institution stated that it periodically registers cyberattacks on the Parliament's networks and information systems, the frequency of which has significantly increased recently.

So far, the causes and consequences of the cyber incident have not been disclosed. The institution announced that it is under investigation by the responsible state agencies and that necessary actions are being taken to ensure data integrity and to "counter the abusive and manipulative use of compromised information."
