The majority of respondents of the opinion survey OMNIMAS consider that Moldova chose the wrong way

The majority or 48% of the respondent of a opinion survey, made by the Marketing and Survey Institute IMAS-INC Chisinau, consider that the country goes wrong way.
32% of the respondents of the same survey made on 1-19 February 2006 consider that the country goes towards a good way, and 20% do not know and did not answer.
Asked to compare their personal economic situation compared to February 2005, 41% replied that their current situation is the same, 22% – little bit better, 19% – worse, 12% worsen and only 1% replied that their financial situation is much better.
Asked how satisfied they are of the economics situation of the country, 37% said they are not very satisfied, 24% – not satisfied at all, 7% - rather satisfied, only 1% is very satisfied, and 28% are neither satisfied nor satisfied.
In the same time, they showed to be very satisfied of their current living standards 33% percent of respondents, 22% – satisfied at all. Only 1% of questioned ones are very satisfied of their current living standards, 14% - rather satisfied, and 29% are at the middle.
36% of those questioned also consider that next 12 months the living standard will be the same, 24% - it will improve, 18% - will worsen, 4% - will worsen and only 1% said that it will improve very well.
The survey „Socio-Political Barometer (BSP OMNIMAS), was made on 1027 persons of 18 years and more, of 12 territorial-administrative places of the country. The level is representative for grown-ups, excluding Transnistria.
