Moldovan delegation at the Joint Control Commission (CUC) will re-start the participation at the meeting of the Commission only when Tiraspol evacuates police, customs and guard units near the village Dorotcaia. Today, 19 April, is a year since Chisinau announced about boycotting CUC meeting. Ion Leahu, member of Moldovan delegation communicated that along a year, the situation of the region did not change significantly. The only way is that the administration of the district Dubasari got to an agreement with Transnistrian authorities, that farmers could work their plots, after concluding a contract in this sense with mentioned authorities. The main condition, required by Chisinau, to exclude Transnistrian customs, guard and police units near the village Dorotcaia, was not complied with, Leahu noted. In this situation, Moldovan delegation cannot re-start the negotiations within the Commission, as there were not excluded the prerequisites of a new conflict, as it could happen in October 2004, he mentioned. Moldovan delegation announced about its non-participation in CUC meeting on 19 April 2005. Along 1 year, the latter one participated only to few meetings, where were discussed technical issues.
