Termoelectrica urges consumers to use online services

Termoelectrica and the Calculation Center “Infobon” call on the consumers and managers of the housing sector to use the online services provided through the virtual office “My account”. This service helps the consumers of heat to perform a wide range of operations without needing to travel to the Customer Relations Center of Termoelectrica or to the Calculation Center, IPN reports.

According to Termoelectrica, besides the convenience offered to users, the online service contributes directly to reducing the risk of infection with COVID-19, both of the consumers and of the personnel involved in serving these.

Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni said the safety and comfort of the over 500,000 consumers remains one of the most important priorities this year too, especially because of the pandemic, and the continuous development of remote servicing and communication instruments helps maintain connection with these.
